01. Introduction

Welcome to Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and professional services. By accessing our site or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02. Services

Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd. provides professional technology services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design and Development
  • Digital Marketing and Analytics
  • Custom Application Development (Web, Mobile, Cloud)
  • SaaS and Third-party Marketplace Apps
  • System Integration & Consulting

03. Third-Party Analytics and Tools

Our services utilize third-party tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the respective terms of these providers, including the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Microsoft Services Agreement. We are not responsible for the data accuracy or service availability of these third-party platforms.

04. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the code, designs, and content, and all other work product created during the provision of services.

Client License: Upon full payment of all fees, we grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the final work product for their internal business operations. We retain ownership of any pre-existing "Background IP" (frameworks, libraries, or code) used across multiple projects.

05. Payment and Billing

Billing models are determined on a project basis. Upfront payments are generally required.

    Late Payments

    Payments delayed beyond 15 days of the due date may incur a late fee.

    Suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue by more than 30 days.

06. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or distribution of malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the security of our systems.
  • Use our work product to promote spam or illegal content.

07. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect non-public "Confidential Information" shared during a project. This obligation does not apply to information required by law to be disclosed. We may share necessary details with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to fulfill service obligations.

08. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taatviks Tech Pvt. Ltd., its employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

09. Termination

By Client

Two (2) months' written notice required, subject to payment of all dues.

By Company

Immediate termination for "Cause" (breach of terms, illegal activity, non-payment).

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a tiered manner. First, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the company will determine whether the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in a court of law.
